How it works

What is not covered
- General wear and tear
- Pre-existing damage
- Damage the host caused
- Properties not eligible for the programme (contact us to check)

How to claim
- Open the booking in your Ruka Hub and click Submit a claim.
- Describe what happened, add an estimated cost, and upload at least one photo.
- Confirm the declaration and submit. You'll get a confirmation email within minutes.
- Our team reviews and pays approved claims within 3–5 business days.
